The paralegal market in the UK has grown considerably in recent years reflecting the oversupply of LPC graduates and thus the creation of an extremely capable paralegal workforce. Having recruited paralegals for many years we are aware that many candidates are recent LPC graduates who are taking the paralegal route to find a training contract. Thankfully for many this gets the result they are looking for and they find a contract with the firm they go to work with.
