Kay Graham has a background in Occupational Psychology and Human Resources with experience inside a number of Birmingham’s largest law firms where she has developed and managed their candidate assessment processes. Indeed, Kay set up and then managed the Birmingham Law Society Recruitment business for five years. This experience has enabled her to develop a broad understanding of the midlands legal community, excellent client contacts and in-depth knowledge of the opportunities for legal professionals across the many different firms.
